Tim Rifat ~ A currency, proxy, psychic warfare

Tim Rifat on Jeff Rense Show January 23rd 2013 . Without borrowed money to pay its bills the government cannot provide all of the services it does. I do agree that Congress is responsible but even more than that it is our fault for voting in representatives who do not do their job. I believe there should be an amendment that requires Congress to agree upon a budget and pay will be withheld until they do , The money borrowed to support the government's spending has to come from somewhere whether it be bonds, other countries, etc. The whole reason a debt limit exists is because the government must pay interest on these loans and if the principal debt becomes too great then the government wont be able to pay back the interest. This means that it will not be able to borrow anymore because no one will lend to it.
