The Obama administration said it had no choice but to prosecute Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in the federal court system. Some politicians had suggested he be tried as an enemy combatant in front of a military tribunal, where defendants are denied some of the usual constitutional protections. But Tsarnaev is a naturalized U.S. citizen, and under U.S. law, American citizens cannot be tried by military tribunals, White House spokesman Jay Carney said. Carney said that since 9/11, the federal court system has been used to convict and imprison hundreds of terrorists.

Boston Bombing Suspect Aunt Talks To Infowars: She Claims Set Up
4/22/13 - Maret Tsarnaeva was contacted for an interview by Dan Dicks Infowars Correspondent and editor of PressForTruth.ca. He had scheduled an interview with her but when he arrived she was hesitant about conducting an interview. He sent us the number and David Knight contacted her for a pre-interview and to schedule an interview with Alex Jones. That pre-interview was recorded on video. Alex then talked to Maret twice on the phone as she was now unwilling to conduct an interview. She felt people were listening to her phone and she made a point to say she was not being threatened. Alex wrote notes from the meeting and prepared this report.

Michaels foray into blogging began before the word was even invented, and happened almost by accident when he spotted a suspicious photograph being broadcast on ABC news in 1994 related to the death of White House deputy Council Vincent Foster. I don’t believe the FBI – this story is all made up. They need to show proof. We need to investigate the FBI for transparency! They lied when they posted the pictures up of these SUSPECTS. The fbi already knew them since they interviewed Tamerlan. I don’t believe a word of it. The US government can do anything it wants. Killing these Muslims won’t make any difference to them. I’m pretty sure we will hear more cases with parents screaming that their kids were framed and set up by the FBI but we will never believe them. Simply because we believe that our Government would never LIE to us. WAKE UP AMERICA! They LIE and so does CNN.
