A quick detour about a turnip truck then led to this comment: "In case you haven't noticed, I've been there longer than any of them and I hope you all haven't noticed...the affirmative task we have now is to actually create a new world order because the global order is changing again and the institutions of the world that worked so well in the post-World War II era for decades, they need to be strengthened and some have to be changed. So we have to do what we do best. We have to lead."
