What Really Happened Radio Show: Michael Rivero Friday, Jun 7 2013: (Commercial Free Video)
Date: 06/07/2013 Michael Rivero is the webmaster of http://whatreallyhappened.com/ and host of the What Really Happened radio shows on the Republic Broadcasting Network. Formerly with NASA, Michael transitioned his image processing skills (along with a brief stint as an actor) into the then-new motion picture computer animation field and has worked on films such as "Star Trek", "The Day After Tomorrow", and has supervised visual effects on "Brainscan," "LOST", and "Hawaii Five-0." Michael has taken a sabbatical from film work to focus all his efforts on peace activism. Michaels foray into blogging began before the word was even invented, and happened almost by accident when he spotted a suspicious photograph being broadcast on ABC news in 1994 related to the death of White House deputy Council Vincent Foster. Since that sudden beginning, Michaels website has expanded to cover diverse topics including the JFK assassination, the accidental shoot-down of TWA 800, election fraud, health issues, Saddams non-existent nuclear weapons, 9-11, the economy, and of course, the lies used to trick the United States into wars of conquest on Afghanistan, Iraq, and now Iran. Michael resides in Hawaii with his wife Claire, who is a composer and creates much of theme music used on the What Really Happened radio show.

Judge Napolitano On NSA Spying: Most Extraordinarily Broad Search Warrant Ever Issued In US History
Judge Andrew Napolitano called the situation "a fishing expedition on the grandest scale we've ever seen in American history." The government is looking for a select group of people, and instead of obeying the Constitution and simply getting a search warrant for their phones, the judge says, "They got a search warrant for a 113 million phones!"
"Who would trust them after this? The Constitution doesn't trust them!" Napolitano told Shepard Smith.
The clearly impassioned judge shouted, "This is just a shortcut to make it easier for America's spies to spy on Americans. Shep, they spied on the West Wing, they spied on the Pentagon, they spied on the Supreme Court, they spied on the CIA! This is spies spying on spies. This is the most extraordinarily broad search warrant ever issued in the history of the federal courts of the United States!"
The two discussed the widespread implications to privacy in America, with Shep concluding the segment by saying, "The slippery slope is covered in grease."

A Massive Surveillance State : Glenn Greenwald Exposes Covert NSA Program Collecting Calls, Emails
A Massive Surveillance State": Glenn Greenwald Exposes Covert NSA Program Collecting Calls, Emails
http://www.democracynow.org - We speak with Guardian columnist Glenn Greenwald, who broke the story Thursday that the National Security Agency has obtained access the central servers of nine major internet companies -- including Google, Microsoft, Apple, Yahoo and Facebook. The Guardian and the Washington Post revealed the top secret program, code-named PRISM, after they obtained several slides from a 41-page training presentation for senior intelligence analysts. It explains how PRISM allows them to access emails, documents, audio and video chats, photographs, documents and connection logs that allow them to track a person or trace their connections to others. One slide lists the companies by name and the date when each provider began participating over the past six years. "Hundreds of millions of Americans, and hundreds of millions -- in fact billions of people around the world -- essentially rely on the internet exclusively to communicate with one another," Greenwald says. "Very few people use landline phones for much of anything. So when you talk about things like online chat, and social media messages, and emails, what you're really talking about is the full extent of human communication." This comes after Greenwald revealed Wednesday in another story that the NSA has been collecting the phone records of millions of Verizon customers. "They want to make sure that every single time human beings interact with one another ... that they can watch it, and they can store it, and they can access it at any time."
