Tensions between Iran and the UAE

The United Arab Emirates says reports it would be willing to back military action against Iran are "inaccurate". Its ambassador in the U.S. said earlier this week that the Emirates would support military action against Iran.

And as Dan Nolan reports, those remarks are heightening tensions over three disputed islands in the Gulf.

US unemployment rate may rise to 10%: Moody's

Krugman is speaking about the risk of a double dipp recession ...Should the Us follow Europe's path in imposing austerity in order to boost the economy ? ...Gus Faucher, director of macroeconomics at Moody's Economy.com, says the reason for the dip in US unemployment rate in June was because a lot of people have left the labour force. "But I think it is going to head towards 10 per cent by the end of 2010," he says.

Marijuana Charges Dropped Against Paris Hilton
