Marine to Feinstein's Gun Proposal: Unconstitutional Laws are not Laws

Former United States Marine Joshua Boston has written an open letter to California Senator Dianne Feinstein about her proposed gun control legislation and it's making waves across the internet. In the letter, Boston tells Feinstein she has no business regulating guns and says he "will not register" his guns even if the bill is passed, because he does not believe it is the "government's right" to know what weapons he owns. "Unconstitutional laws aren't laws," he says. The letter was first published on CNN iReport and in it, Boston writes, "You ma'am have overstepped a line that is not your domain." He appeared on CNN Saturday Morning to discuss his views and said he didn't know the letter would go viral as quickly as it did. "All the points being brought up by Senator Feinstein -- a lot of it is misinformation. It's fear-mongering," he added. He also notes in the letter he will not have "some woman" tell him he can no longer have his weapons.

" Unconstitutional Laws are not Laws" ... that pretty much sums up the debate as far as I'm concerned (and fortunately for MANY, MANY OTHERS.) Thank God. Considering that there are many Americans who feel ANGERED by the FACT that they've been disenfranchised by the theft of multiple elections ... fucking around with their Second Amendment Rights is REALLY out of bounds. They KNOW that there is "no turning back" once they lose their guns. average people killed in mass shooting situations while waiting for police to stop the shooter is over 15. Average killed in mass shooting situations while armed civilians take over is 2. GUNS are not the problem.

  1. I can see why CNN wanted to parade this good boy around on TV. He wasn't informed enough or was too nervous to talk about the other dangers in Dianne Feinstein's bill that call for manditory registry of all existing guns that are already privately owned and the fact that every person would have to be thumbprinted for the process. Historically, this has happened before total gun confiscation in previous dictatorships before genocide occured.
