Bob Baer on the bombs used during the Boston Marathon : "Somebody knew what they were doing" As new details emerge on the bombings at the Boston Marathon on Monday, "Piers Morgan Live," welcomed CNN contributor, Bob Baer to the program. Viewing newly released photos of bomb fragments and shrapnel from the explosion site, Baer, a former CIA Operative gave his expert insight and perspective on the findings.

"It's a pressure cooker," explained Baer. "You can get on the internet and look this stuff up," said Baer about the bombs.

"But the point is, the actual practice, I really do believe somebody knew what they were doing."
