Unusual Animal Deaths and Disappearances

Linda Moulton Howe, reporter and editor for Earthfiles, presented an update on unusual animal deaths and disappearances. Specifically, Linda spoke about an unusual case in Pondera County, Montana where a mutilated cow appears to have been dropped from the sky.

According to Linda, the dead cow's udder had been excised as well as the rectal/vaginal region. The animal's left eyeball and ear, jaw flesh and tongue had also been removed. There were no signs of predatory attack, she explained, noting that traces of blood and animal tracks (even from the mutilated cow) were also conspicuously absent in the vicinity. Linda said the cow's condition was typical of animal mutilations worldwide, and suggested that these unfortunate animals are being used by a 'non-human intelligence' for genetic research or food.

The evidence seems to indicate that the animal fell from a considerable height, as its body hit the ground with enough force to bounce to its final resting place several feet away, Linda said. She speculated that an advanced beam technology was used to pick up the Pondera County cow.

Former reporter for the Wall Street Journal, Michael Drosnin spoke about the Bible Code, and the various prophetic messages that have been gleaned from it. Based on a computer software program developed by the Israeli mathematician, Prof. Eliyahu Rips, the Bible Code finds hidden messages or phrases in equidistant letter sequences in the Hebrew language version of the first five books of the Bible. What convinced Drosnin of its reality was the correct prediction of Yitzhak Rabin's assassination, which he discovered about a year before it happened. He recounted how he tried to warn Rabin beforehand, and now meets with various intelligence agencies such as the Mossad.

A year before the 2008 election, Drosnin said he found the phrase "B. Obama is President" in the Bible Code, and also learned that there was danger that could be prevented for Obama. He related this information to Oprah Winfrey, who was said to pass this on to Obama. Drosnin also said that according to the Bible Code, it was Barack Obama's destiny to help prevent a nuclear terrorist attack, and that he will be re-elected in 2012.

After the 9-11 attacks, Drosnin said he found references to it in the Bible Code, with such phrases as "twin towers," "airplane," "terror attack," and "it knocked down," all encoded within a few verses. Currently, he is searching for a "code key," which might help unravel some of the mysteries of the Bible Code, such as who created it. According to the Bible Code, the code key is connected to an obelisk in Jordan, he revealed.

George Knapp was joined by author David Aaronovitch for an examination of the origins of conspiracy theories, why people believe them, and also to make an argument for a true skepticism based on a thorough knowledge of history and a strong dose of common sense. Based on his research, Aaronovitch defined a conspiracy theory as "an explanation for something which is far more complicated and removes responsibility from the obvious people to the not obvious people, in situations where the more obvious explanation is more likely."

Aaronovitch detailed a number of problematic attributes which he feels "attach themselves" to conspiracy theories and those who subscribe to them: Conspiracy theories do not allow for accident, incompetence, or coincidence. The official version of events "almost always, at its heart" has anomalies that cannot be reconciled. Scholars, usually with exaggerated credentials, are named as proponents of the theory. The theory is anti-elite and, thus, the theorist becomes "kind of a minuteman" warning the populace about the "powers that be."

On why there needs to be skepticism about conspiracy theories, Aaronovitch used the example of recent developments in the UK which arose as a result of rumors that vaccines cause autism. He explained that this theory became so pervasive that people began to stop having their children vaccinated. In turn, Aaronovitch lamented, the measles virus re-emerged back into the population after it had been eradicated in previous years. "This stuff has to be combated because it does have consequences for people," he declared. On a far larger scale, he noted that the widespread belief in the fraudulent Protocols of the Elders of Zion in Nazi Germany acted as a proverbial "warrant for genocide" for many misguided players in WWII.

Aaronovich also looked at a number of suspect issues surrounding a variety of conspiracy theories. With regards to the Moon Landing hoax, he observed that to complete such a fabrication would require far more manpower than the actual lunar landing itself. In addition to that, he pointed out that lunar conspiracy theorists often focus solely on the Apollo 11 landing and ignore the many other trips made to the moon. Regarding 9/11, Aaronovich conceded that the official version of events is also a conspiracy theory, but that its very simplicity is what makes this theory much more plausible than a grand overarching plan by nefarious forces inside the US government. To that end, he noted that if the government was truly clever enough to "organize conspiracies," then they would have planted WMDs in Iraq rather than invade the country and find none. "It would have been a much simpler thing to do," he mused, "and yet they didn't."

Hal Lindsey's influential book The Late Great Planet Earth described the undeniable signs of the end times: the rebirth of Israel, war in the Middle East, natural disasters, and many others. He listed a number of the signs or "birth pangs" that we are nearing the prophesied end times: wars, great earthquakes, revolution, ethnic fighting, plagues, and famine. Biblical prophecy points to all these signs appearing simultaneously, and occurring with increasing intensity, which Lindsey believes is happening now.

The Bible also warns of "terrors and great signs from the heavens," as a precursor to end times. Lindsey believes this is related to UFO activity, and the UFO occupants are "fallen angels that are developing a pattern of deception so that when the Antichrist appears he can explain away what happened to all the believers of Jesus Christ that suddenly disappeared" (in the Rapture). The Antichrist will be known as the most tremendous leader the world has ever seen "with supernatural intelligence from Satan," and be able to convince the world that he has the power to bring in peace and prosperity, he said. At that point the economy will be in such upheaval that everyone will agree there has to be a central power, and a cashless society, Lindsey continued.

Another Bible warning refers to "signs in the sun, and the moon, and the stars...and the roaring of the sea and the waves." Lindsey pointed to climate change being caused by an increase in solar activity. The Book of Revelation talks about "a heat wave to end all heat waves" that's going to occur during that final seven years before Christ returns, he noted. As the planet heats up, storms are going to get greater and greater, he added.

With the advent of Pope Benedict XVI's sudden resignation, author John Hogue discussed the prophecies of St. Malachy, the 12th century Irish bishop who predicted all the subsequent popes following a vision. Malachy was on a pilgrimage in Rome in 1140 and while situated on a hill at sunset, he "went into an ecstatic trance; his serving monks around him put out candles and paper and started writing down...his utterances of 2 or 3 word Latin mottoes," Hogue explained. This list was handed to Pope Celestine II, he continued, and was presented as a prophecy of the succession of the Popes with the mottoes representing the name or heraldry of the next 111 Popes, until the Catholic version of the Apocalypse occurs with the selection of the 112th Pope (the Pope after Benedict will be the 112th). Interestingly, Malachy's prophecy disappeared until it was rediscovered in 1595, and there was suspicion that it was a forgery.

The motto Malachy indicated for the 112th Pope referenced the name Petrus Romanus or Peter of Rome, and Hogue analyzed a number of possible candidates with Peter in their name, though he suspects the next Pope will likely be someone hailing from Italy. According to approved Catholic prophecy (which differs from Malachy's), there are several stages leading up to the Apocalypse, including a time of miracles, with mass healings, Marian apparitions, and signs in the heavens. Hogue wondered if the current spate of meteors and fireballs, as well as the coming of the bright comet ISON later this year might relate to this.

He also reviewed prophecies of Nostradamus that could relate to our current time frame, the Popes, and the Apocalypse. When Nostradamus wrote "when the great Pontiff will change lands," this could refer to how the next Pope could become a refugee after the destruction of Rome, Hogue said. Highly ALERT: Chinese Military Behind U.S. Cyber Attacks

A large and complex hacker group connected to China's military has been linked to hacks involving more than 100 companies in the U.S. and the theft of several hundreds of terabytes of data, according to a comprehensive report released Tuesday that unabashedly blames China for some of the largest hacks detected in recent years.
The group, known as the Comment Crew and APT1, operates out of a 12-story office tower in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai, and is said to be part of Unit 61398, a unit of the People's Liberation Army that has a staff of hundreds and perhaps thousands of hackers who have systematically stolen valuable data from U.S. firms since at least 2006 using the resources of state-owned enterprises, such as China Telecom, to conduct the attacks, according to Mandiant, the computer security firm that released the detailed 76-page report.

"The sheer scale and duration of sustained attacks against such a wide set of industries from a singularly identified group based in China leaves little doubt about the organization behind APT1," Mandiant writes in its report. "We believe the totality of the evidence we provide in this document bolsters the claim that APT1 is Unit 61398."

According to Mandiant, senior leaders of the Communist Party of China are directly responsible for tasking China's military with committing systematic cyberespionage and data theft against organizations around the world, and Unit 61398 aggressively recruits new talent from the science and engineering departments of universities in China to conduct the activities.

Victims have included the security firm RSA, Coca-Cola and the maker of equipment used in critical infrastructure systems. Multiple industries have been targeted, including the aerospace and high-tech electronics industries as well as transportation, financial services, satellite and telecommunications, chemical, energy, media and advertising and food and agriculture.

But there are concerns that instead of just stealing data, the group may be targeting critical infrastructure systems with the aim of planting malware to conduct sabotage.

One of the most recent hacks attributed to the group involved Telvent Canada, a maker of control software used in the smart grid. According to the company, which is owned by Schneider Electric, the attackers installed malicious software on its network and also accessed project files for its OASyS SCADA system, which is heavily used in oil and gas pipeline systems in North America, as well as in some water system networks.

The breach raised concerns that the hackers could embed malware in project files to infect the machines of program developers or other key people involved in a SCADA project. One of the ways that Stuxnet spread — the worm that was designed to target Iran's uranium enrichment program and was reportedly designed by the U.S. and Israel — was to infect project files in an industrial control system made by Siemens, with the aim of passing the malware to the computers of developers.

Though Mandiant doesn't name victims in its report, The New York Times attributes a hack of Coca-Cola in 2009 to the group. The attack occurred while the beverage giant was attempting to acquire the China Huiyuan Juice Group for $2.4 billion.

"As Coca-Cola executives were negotiating what would have been the largest foreign purchase of a Chinese company, Comment Crew was busy rummaging through their computers in an apparent effort to learn more about Coca-Cola's negotiation strategy," the paper reports.

The hackers are responsible for engaging in prolonged breaches of victim networks that last months and in some cases years, during which they have stolen technology blueprints, proprietary manufacturing processes, test results, business plans, pricing documents, partnership agreements, and emails and contact lists.

The average hack has lasted 356 days, but in one case a victim was compromised for four years and 10 months. One victim lost 6.5 terabytes over a 10-month period.

The hackers used tried-and-true techniques that involve sending aggressive spear phishing emails to victims and using custom digital weapons to gain a foothold on systems and establish communication with a command-and-control server before they begin exporting data.

"They employ good English — with acceptable slang — in their socially engineered emails," Mandiant writes. "They have evolved their digital weapons for more than seven years, resulting in continual upgrades as part of their own software release cycle. Their ability to adapt to their environment and spread across systems makes them effective in enterprise environments with trust relationships."

This spring, a book was published which detailed massive corruption and wrong-doing in the highest levels of the Popes' administration. It was entitled "His Holiness" by Gianluigi Nuzzi. The book relied heavily on a massive cache of documents apparently leaked directly from the Pope's apartment and office at the Holy See.

In May of this year, Paolo Gabriele the Pope's butler was arrested for photo-copying the massive trove of documents and delivering them to Nuzzi for use in his book. Today, Mr. Gabriele was convicted by the Vatican courts and sentenced to 18 months in an Italian prison for this alleged disclosure of sensitive and secret material. The fact that Paolo Gabriele was almost certainly aided by someone high up in the Vatican government, most likely a Cardinal -- was never investigated by the Vatican police. Instead, Mr. Gabriele was given a very quick trial in a Vatican City courtroom and summarily sentenced to a year and a half in prison. The computer technician Claudio Sciarpelletti has been convicted of assisting in the disclosure and has been sentenced to two months.

Judge Napolitano ~ The Big Government Tyrants need to be stopped!

Judge Napolitano: Will States' Nullification Of Federal Gun Control Laws Hold Up In Court?

2/19/13 - Appearing on Fox's America Live this afternoon, Judge Andrew Napolitano applauded several states' proposals to protect firearms made and kept within their states' borders from any potential federal weapons bans. However, the outspoken libertarian conceded that despite how "ridiculous" federal law has become, the states will likely fail in their effort to shield themselves from the feds.

"If this were 200 years ago, and the Constitution were new, and it meant what it said, this legislation would make sense because at the time, Congress only regulated commercial goods that actually passed from one state to the next," Napolitano explained of the proposed laws and their relation to the so-called "interstate commerce clause."

"But that clause has been so blown out of proportion, by presidents and Congresses and Supreme Courts, that Congress can now legislate anything it wants, even something that moves from one state to the another," the judge lamented. "And even something that isn't commercial in nature simply because, in some theoretical way, its movement or not movement might have some effect on interstate commerce."

Host Megyn Kelly likened that to how during the debate over ObamaCare, the president argued that the law fit under the "commerce clause" — a point which the Supreme Court rejected, instead saying the law was legal under the Constitution's "tax and spend clause." Nevertheless, Obama based his argument on Wickard v. Filburn (1942), which allowed the government to regulate a man growing wheat in his backyard for personal consumption under the commerce clause. That case has set the precedent for many subsequent court rulings.

As such, Kelly asked, "Why would the states try to tee up the challenge of going to the Supreme Court in light of pretty clear precedence that the federal law will prevail?"

"If enough states agree, Congress might back down," Napolitano theorized. "Remember, states can look at the Constitution if enough of them want to."

He also suggested that perhaps this Supreme Court — which has twice within the last five years upheld the individual right to keep and bear arms in states and cities — would refrain from further interfering with that right and "carve out an exception" for congressional regulatory powers.

However, Napolitano conceded the unlikelihood of these states' proposals actually gaining traction: "As much as I love this legislation and wish it would be constitutional, it's directly opposed to 60 years of jurisprudence that lets Congress do anything it wants."

Despite the Supreme Court rejecting Obama's use of the commerce clause for the Affordable Care Act, Napolitano and Kelly said the Wickard ruling would likely be applied here. "This is ridiculous lines of argument, it's rationalizing a way for the Supreme Court around the Constitution's intent, but this is how lawyers and members of congress and judges work," the judge said.

Astronomer and Curator of Meteorites at the Vatican Observatory, Brother Guy Consolmagno gave an update on discoveries in space, and spoke about the intersection of science and religion. The Vatican has observatories at two sites, one in the small Italian town of Lazio (the Pope's summer residence) and the other on a mountaintop in southeastern Arizona. 24 years ago, in his research of "Centaurs"-- half comets/half asteroids, he observed an anomalous cloud of light next to a centaur beyond Neptune-- such clouds usually surround the object's nucleus rather than appear adjacent to it, he explained.

He cited evidence for the migration theory of planets-- suggesting that in the early days of our solar system, Uranus and Neptune moved further out while Jupiter swept closer in from their original positions. In his study of meteorites, he detailed one specimen that curiously had iron that appeared molten right next to rock that looked like it had never been hot.

Regarding, the "Wormwood" mentioned in the Book of Revelation, Consolmagno doesn't interpret the writing as being a prediction of something to come, but rather a folkloric way of giving strength to people who were facing persecution at the time. He also stated that the notion of a "Planet X" periodically coming into the inner solar system doesn't ring true to him.

Little talked about some intriguing underwater structures photographed off Bimini (see article below) that he's been researching. These remnants might have been buildings from a booming maritime port from around 10,000 BC, he said. He also touched on his work finding crashed planes in the Bermuda Triangle, and his long term study of Native American mounds, some of which date back as far as 3800 BC. Where some of these ancient mound builders came from is a complete mystery, he noted.

The Area 51 Mystery ~ John Lear

Aviator John Lear and screenwriter Gene Huff joined George Knapp to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the Area 51 mystery. The duo discussed their role, alongside Bob Lazar, in bringing the Area 51 story to the world. "It sounds a lot more convenient than it was. It was a lot of synchronicities, a lot of sheer coincidences that made things turn out the way they did," Huff said about the series of events that brought them together two decades ago.

They reminisced about their initial visits to the outskirts of Area 51, sharing a number of details surrounding the events. Huff revealed that their first expedition to the area was primarily motivated by Lazar's desire to impress his wife and that "we were excess baggage. I was just happy to be in on it and I'm sure John was too." Lear recounted watching a flying disc on his telescope that night and laughed about the series of events which prevented Huff from having the same view. "As I stepped back, I hooked my foot around the tripod, and moved the telescope. And, of course, Gene's never forgiven me," Lear joked.

Having known Bob Lazar before he became infamous for his involvement in Area 51, the pair speculated on a number of theories that have surrounded his story over the last twenty years. Regarding skeptics' claims that Lazar was unqualified for the job at Area 51, Lear theorized that perhaps stellar credentials weren't necessarily the primary factor behind his employment, rather "it was who they could probably discredit the easiest, if he said anything about it." Huff was skeptical of the idea that Lazar was a disinformation agent working for the government, saying "he would be the worst guy in the world to make up a lie and try and perpetuate a lie. He's too busy being productive doing other things."

Providing an update on the ongoing crisis surrounding mysterious bee deaths, Linda played an interview with Jerry Hayes of the Florida Department of Agriculture. Hayes detailed how the California almond industry has been particularly hard hit by the decreasing bee population, as farmers are now paying nearly double the price when importing bees to pollinate their crops. Meanwhile, beekeepers faced with crippling losses are beginning to leave the profession. On the other end of the spectrum, Linda reported on the epidemic of Lionfish invading the waters of Florida, Bermuda, and the Bahamas. The voracious fish eats anything it can swallow and lays an astonishing 30,000 eggs every 4 to 7 days. She shared an interview with Lad Atkin, special projects director of the Reef Environmental Education Foundation. Atkin noted that the Lionfish is no small concern for the island communities, since it is not just feasting on a few types of fish but a vast selection of "ecologically, economically and recreationally important marine species." In her final report of the evening, Linda discussed Caucasian mummies found in China which will be exhibited at the Bowers Museum in Santa Ana, California later this year. She spoke with Victor Mair, a professor of Chinese Literature and Language, who stumbled upon the mummies inside of a museum in China and originally believed they were a hoax. What makes the mummies particularly mysterious is that they are fair skinned, fair haired, and, in some cases, are found adorned in plaids and tartans, leading to the misconception that they are Celtic. Mair explained that DNA testing has shown the ancestry of the mummies is from Europe on the male side and China on the female side. Has it finally happened? 2/16/13 Bird Flu death in China sparks fear of human-human H5N1

February 16, 2013 – CHINA - A woman diagnosed with the H5N1 strain of the bird flu last week, has died in southwest China. Health authorities in Guiyang, Guizhou province, announced that the 21-year-old woman, Shuai Pengyue, died on Wednesday due to multiple organ failure as a result of the flu. Shuai was one of two women reported in the area to have contracted the new strain of the avian influenza. Health officials have investigated the two of them and concluded that neither patient was in contact with poultry before showing symptoms of the illness. Victim proximity is important to note because typically, the bird flu is contracted by being in contact with poultry. In this case, health officials worry this could be signs that the H5N1 strain can now be transmitted between humans.

THE PEOPLE vs. THE BANKS: Conviction beats Eviction

The video is useful for us in that it is prima facie evidence that force cannot be used during an eviction if it is objected to by the people on the land, as proved by the Police. I will be using the video evidence in my action against the bank in the Court of Appeal for unlawful eviction against me which occurred on three separate occasions before the bird eviction in the video. I am also using it in my action in the High Court against the Police for there misconduct against me in my evictions. In future, anyone who is facing an eviction, now knows the crimes they are committing, and if you want to resist them, all you have to do is force an error by making them use force. This gives you a Tortuous remedy, and the leverage to get back in your home.

In relation to the Bird family's struggle. The video was back in May 2012, and due to the major embarrassment we caused the court, they came back for a 2nd eviction some time later, which again we attended. Unfortunately, this time they brought the heavies; High Court Enforcement Officers, who are unabashed fascists. The Police were ordered to stand down, and Sgt Mo, had been ordered not to attend. The bailiffs used excessive violence to secure entry. But however, due to the video evidence, we have the grounds to prosecute and sue them for their tyrannical actions. The Bird family's struggle against the bank continues, as we prepare for the next round of action against the bank. The only time you truly lose your home is when you GIVE UP.
